• Tuesday – Friday: 10:00 – 18:00
• Saturday: 10:00 – 13:00 by appointment
• Sunday – Monday: closed

Site visits are booked in advance. Walk-ins for drawing reviews are welcome during weekday hours if the table is free.

What to include

Approximate width and depth, orientation if known, and whether shade or planting is the priority. Mention rental versus ownership if drilling limits apply.

We reply within two working days. Urgent structural leaks need a waterproofer first — we can suggest contacts after you describe the issue.
