How we work
A clear sequence from first photos to installed outdoor rooms — measured on your ledge, drawn at Calle de Colón 60, and checked against Valencia sun and wind.
Photos before the first visit
Send railing close-ups, a wide shot from the door, and one looking back toward the flat. We also ask for a short video at noon so glare and shade read honestly.
With that, we decide whether a paid site visit is useful or whether a remote sketch package will answer your question. Remote work suits simple furniture swaps; structural screens almost always need boots on the slab.
On-site measuring and neighbour context
During the visit we tape clearances, note AC units, and talk quietly about sightlines into adjacent flats. Good outdoor rooms respect the people who live beside and below you.
You leave with a verbal shortlist of realistic options and a fee quote for the design phase. No obligation to continue — the visit fee stands alone.
Site visit €190 within Valencia city · Extra travel beyond ring roads by quote
Drawings and shopping lists
Design packages include a dimensioned plan, elevation notes for screens or planters, and a sourcing list with EUR ranges from local suppliers we already know.
You approve the plan before purchases. If a community vote is required for screens, we prepare a one-page visual that presidents can circulate without jargon.
Installation partners
We coordinate carpenters, waterproofers, and plant suppliers rather than employing a large crew in-house. That keeps fees proportional to small outdoor projects.
On install day we check levels, drip trays, and chair clearances once more. A short handover note covers watering, fabric care, and seasonal stowage for sails.
Aftercare through the seasons
Summer heat and autumn storms teach different lessons. We offer a optional autumn check (€140) to retighten clamps, refresh drip settings, and swap tired plants.
Clients who travel for weeks in August can book a plant-care handoff with our nursery partners — arranged as a separate service so design fees stay transparent.
